Several years ago, director Feng Xiaogang sighed in deep emotion in 赌博appORUM “How to think of a good story. Luo Li claims when products are adapted from the internet literature, if the writer, playwright and producer cooperate with IP database organically, the effect may be better. “A good playwright may not care what type of story it is, but there is difference in the subjects between traditional playwright and the internet literature. Aiming at the brand new contents, if there will be multiple participation, discussion and supervision, playwrights will know the need of readers and writers will know what audiences like, and we can enter into a more perfect creation mechanism.”
At the same time of discussion, of course, Shanghai has been on the way to build a playwright talents developing city. Following last year’s settlement of Shanghai Vancouver Film Academy which provides high-end post production talents for Chinese film and TV industry, this year Shanghai Tech University joins hands with USC School of Cinematic Arts in establishing playwright training class, in order to provide playwright talents for Chinese films and TVs. Meanwhile, in the forum this year, a group of hot writers born 1980s and 1990s will set foot in film industry, creating for “Shanghai Film” in order to make “Shanghai Style Film” of high quality. The studios of Wang Liping, Liu Heping, Li Yang and Gao Mantang, four famous playwrights, will open in Shanghai during the film festival, which will spread the brand effect further with Shanghai as the basic point.

Thus, this year, Shanghai International Film Festival 赌博appORUM will emphasize on analyzing the achievements and problems after the issue of the policy, to create a platform where filmmakers can communicate with Chinese film policies.
In fact, there are many countries and districts issuing relative policies to encourage domestic and foreign filmmakers to do film and TV creation before Shanghai. But Shanghai Film and TV Shooting Service Organization founded after the issue of Several Policies about Promoting the Development of Shanghai Films is the first film and TV shooting service organization in China. This organization which mainly provides information on policies consulting, government contact, shoot coordinating, talents recommending and other service for various film or TV crews which plan to shoot in Shanghai will participate in “Talk with the Chinese film Policies”themed forum during the festival to share its experience and tips about breaking “Shanghai Plight” for many shooting crews since it was founded.
The principal of the organization also the deputy secretary general of Shanghai Broadcasting Television Producer Association, Yu Zhiqing said in an interview as of the 29th May, Shanghai Film and TV Shooting Service Organization has received 548 cases of policies consulting and coordinating service. Currently, the organization provides 113 types of free service, which covers all sections, from producing to marketing films and television programs. Among them, the organization is responsible for things involved with the government, including equipment customs entry, traffic control, fireworks, explosives, firearms and ammunition renting and transporting and so on, which could reassure the film crews because in the past all of these are the most headaching problem for crews (the loose management of various assigned functional departments makes many crews confused and not know how to do it). Besides, the scenery the organization arranges can present Shanghai’s beautiful scenery in the camera lens of the crew to the utmost, be it historical conservation building hiding in the college or high school or old-style lane in street life or mystic prison and graveyard. The service provided by the organization makes a great deal of beautiful pictures become reality from imagination. In addition, the organization also offers recommending service about filmmaking, director, actor or actress, shooting, film recording, painting, costume, makeup, stage property, figurant, marketing and issuing and so on. Film freshman’s works’ entering into colleges and universities and expanding social influence will not be a dream any more.
It is particularly worth mentioning here that Shanghai Film and TV Shooting Service Organization has no threshold for applying service, no matter who you are, a film freshman or mature film company, the door opens for you. Internet Enterprises Making Deployment in Shanghai to Lead “Chinese and Foreign Co-production”
Shanghai International Film Festival, one of the most important Asian film festivals, has been improving its assessing quality during these years, and considering how it can influence the thoughts and directions of the Chinese film industry chain to promote the Chinese film industry chain’s healthy development as it serves the audience and film practitioners.
